Gift ideas for a realtor?

Hi Everyone, I remember seeing a thread a while back with great gift ideas. I am looking to spend between $50 and $80 for a gift for our realtor. I will have to have it shipped. Anyone have any good ideas? She has a husband and two little girls. I was thinking a food basket, but am not sure. I remember someone mentioning a really neat place that delivers specialty chocolates in dry ice. Does anyone else remember that? I'd love to have some suggestions. Thanks so much!

Jennifer, my DH, who is a realtor, says, "referrals." :)

He also said anything that helps to decompress (a movie ticket basket, food basket, chocolate) is nice. He also suggested if you know a restaurant in your realtor's area, and can get them to mail a gift certificate, that's good too.

I would say her "gift" would be her commission! I'm curious as to why you feel you need to go above and beyond that.

Our realtor did several things for us that went above and beyond the call of duty so wE took him out to dinner after we closed.

If you want to give chocolates I can vouch for these:

This chocolate is as delicious as it is beautiful and they do ship. I'd take it over Godiva ANY day! The Easter collection is especially lovely.

My SIL is a realtor and you would not believe the stacks of boxes of chocolates and other candies in their house! She always sends a baggie of candy home with my children when we visit.

A gift certificate for a local, reputable baby-sitting service.

With two little girls of her own, I'm sure she'd appreciate that so that she and DH can have an adults-only evening out.

If not for her own use, these can come in handy when she has clients with small children who need to park said children someplace while she's showing listings to them. (The number of home-buyers who think that children should come to home showings and previews is mind-boggling.)

Hey Thanks Everyone! My realtor did go above and beyond her job. We are so grateful for her. I do like the idea of a gift certificate. If it were me receiving something, I'd enjoy one. Now the question is to where...
