Over the past year, I've gained 10 lbs (I'm petite so that's a lot) from slacking on working out, eating tons of junk (I eat lots of processed and carby foods) and drinking lots of beer.
Over the past month, I've felt more and more bloated and constipated. Is this due to a food allergy? The type of food I eat? Beer?
I really want to lose the weight and feel better overall. Where should I start?
I have 2 weeks before I go back to school to focus on this (obviously, I don't expect to lose all the weight, but just get started), a gym membership and the Weight Watchers Points plan.
