GHAAS revisited

I decided to try working my bis, tris, & shoulders 3x/week. I dug up Cory's Get Hard Arm & Shoulders from my box of videos. I hadn't done this vid in years! I've been doing Cathe exclusively for strength training for several years and I thought GHAAS would be good for variety. Oh my gosh, my arms were fried! I forgot what a great workout this is. (I modified the military press. Cory does it with the bar behind her neck.) The supersets/trisets really pushed my arms over the edge!

Edited to add that I got the best shoulder burn! :)
 
Out of all my upper body videos, Cory's tape is the one that changed my arms (this was when it first came out years ago). I still do it on a regular basis and only use 3-5 lb weights. One of the all time greats....maryann
