Gettng It Done - Week of July 18 - 24

Hallo girls,

I did Disc 2 again yesterday. I ended up doing KPC including the abs this morning. Wanted to get it out of the way, before it got to hot. Glad it's over:D

Allee - good for you! Have fun tonight.

Sherry - sorry, you had a bad day yesterday. Will you get your car today? I hope so.

Heid - so...how did the Body Rocker and run go today? You are one brave lady;)

Nice job on KPC!!! :) I agree that getting in the workouts as early as possible is the best advise.

Oh I just loved that BR workout today! Big Sweaty mess!!! HAHA! This one was doable. The boot camp one is major tough!!! Got DOMS the 2nd day so I am feeling it today. But I didn't let that stop me!

If you can do IMAX 3 you can do these! ;) Modify where needed.

Good morning everyone!

Great day so far! Cardio done - 4DS BC Cardio only - I'm a sweaty mess! I got my car back last night. And the temps should only reach 90* today! (Amazing how I'm excited about those COOL temps!)


Allee -Sometimes we all need the extra sleep, especially with the heat. You are doing great, though. Keep it up!

Belinda - I forget, are you doing the 6-1/2 month STS rotation? Yes, getting wo's in early is the key when it's just so darn hot!

Heidi - Amazing that you could run AFTER you did BR! They do look brutal, but I might just need to give them a try.

This morning I did M1 Disc 3 again, plus 30 min yoga for the LB.

Sherry - yes, I am doing the 6.5 month rotation. I should get twice the results, right:eek::p

4 mile brisk walk today was the cardio wo. Mostly to return something to someone because . . . car still has a problem so can't drive it . . . and DH is still out of town . . . and can't easily get a rental until Monday . . . and have a flat on my bike. So, had to walk. And with the heat, that was more than enough.


Belinda - Great cardio wo! I love DM!

Allee and Heidi - What did you do today?


It's late, finally checking in, and heading to bed early. See you all tomorrow!
 
Today I dropped the car back off at the mechanic's and ran/walked the 6 miles home. More walking than I'd hoped, but needed to watch it because of the heat. I have no doubt that in 12 weeks and much cooler temperatures that I'll be able to make it the whole 13.1.

What are your plans for the day? Enjoy it whatever they are!
