Hi Donna,

Anna here - just wondering, as I know you are a fan of the CTX Series, how beneficial have you found the CTX series ? And how do you work it into your weekly workout routine ?

Don't forget to ask Jillybean this question too because she is the walking, living, breathing testimony to the effectiveness of the CTX series, dropped two dress sizes while doing it religiously in a rotation.

I'll let GettnFit@38 and Jillybean take it from here as I am new toCTX, but love it all the same for its versatility...

There aren't enough ways for me to express how much I love CTX! By far the best value of all the series because it is so versatile.
I just used the CTX step & intervals cardio this morning before doing PS-BBA. The cardios are only 30min so they are great for adding along with Cathe's other weight training videos! You get a good workout in 30min, and there's no way to feel guilty for doing ONLY a 30min cardio when it's a CTX cardio because Cathe gets you going from the warm up!
I use the cardios alone, and I also do rotations with the CTX weight work, but I usually double up on the body parts so I can work each body part 2x/week.
And Leaner Legs is just a special type of he@@ that you're gonna love! :)

And lastly, I think CTX cardios helped me increase my cardio capacity. They are short, but intense! There are mini intervals on several of the workouts, so you build a sort of cardio endurance with them.

I love, love, love CTX! :)
