Getting rid of a left over baby belly

Cathe, what are the best exercises to get rid of a left over baby belly from having 4 children? Do you have a workout that targets that? Thank you so much! :)

I'm not Cathe but I have to tell you that at age 45 I thought I was stuck with extra belly fat. Just part of having kids and growing older, right? I tried Core Max just to do something new and my stomach returned to prebaby size! I went out with some friends 10-15 years younger and they could not believe how flat my stomach was. My favorite workout on Core Max is the first one that consists of floor work. Prepare to be astonished.

I've been wondering about adding core max to my collection, but I don't have a stability ball and don't really want to get one. Do you think it's worth getting core max if I don't have one?

thanks,

-Beth

Hello. Would you mind sharing how often you did Core Max and how long it took before you got results? I don't know if it will help me, because I think my problem is primarily loose skin from pregnancies as opposed to belly fat, but I want to at least try. (Actually, there's probably some belly fat mixed in with that loose skin, too.)

Thanks a bunch. Have a great day.

Beth, Core Max has three seperate workouts. One uses no equipment, one uses an 8 lb. medicine ball, and the last one uses a stability ball. I usually do the one w/ no equipment. I would definitly say it's worth it to get it! Kay

If you can get past the title, there is a website, fityummymummy.com and she is a mom who uses the training principles that are current -with clean eating, HIIT and weights.....she looks great and has a pod cast too....you might check her out.....I did it to goof on it, and was very impressed....seems like a nice support group there too!

I was so embarrassed recently because I went to Urgent Care and the nurse practitioner asked me to lift up my shirt so she could examine my abdomen and she frowned and said, "Wow! Have you lost a lot of weight recently or what?" Yes, I too am 45 and have saggy belly. And yes, I lost 70 lbs-- 2 or 3 times now I think! I was wondering how Core Max compares to Butts and Guts for results, has anyone tried both?

I now have hope that maybe I could actually have a flat belly someday after reading your post!

LOL, I can't afford a tummy tuck!
