Hi gang!!

This morning was Supersets and 3 miles on the treadmill. Eating has been good and I've definately been drinking my water.

Happy Saturday All...

Meso 2 Week 2 Back & Bis - back off sets...done. Onward and upward. Wow! I was shocked at how much I've gained in strength from a year ago. STS is the stuff!!:cool:
My son is testing for his blue belt in karate today so we will be practicing all day. It's like pulling teeth...he hates everything about karate except for actually being in the class, loves that part.

Trying to figure out what to do with my rotation for next week...
Surgery is Thursday. Thought I would do meso 2 week 3 on M, T, W mornings and my cardio in the afternoons. Too much?

Did LowMax today. I forced myself to do the whole thing even though I was tempted to stop early. My endurance is not what it used to be! Eating has been going pretty well. I think I overate a bit at lunch, but otherwise I've been doing a good job of only eating when hungry, and only eating enough to fill me up.
