Yes! Finally cooler weather! We spent the last couple of days touring colleges, and it was hot! No wo's those days! We were just fried at the end.
Today, with the better weather, did dog walk, 1 mile steady state run - working on stride, STS Ex Stretch & roll IT band, SC glute work, and 50 sec planks. that's enough for today! this was the first glute work with weights, so fewer reps. Bodyweight reps have been giving me some good DOMS, so waiting to see what the fewer reps will do. Thinking I went too light, but tomorrow will tell.
Heidi - Great run today! Was the Z wo on you tube or dvd? Just wondering about the quality of here DVD's. Enjoy the weather and get outside to run!
It's gonna be a long week for me - traveling for work all week. Plan to get in my runs and weight work, but if it's anything like last week . . . don't need another one of those!
