This was perfect for today after no w/o's since weds. ;)

Hi all!

Yes! Finally cooler weather! We spent the last couple of days touring colleges, and it was hot! No wo's those days! We were just fried at the end.

Today, with the better weather, did dog walk, 1 mile steady state run - working on stride, STS Ex Stretch & roll IT band, SC glute work, and 50 sec planks. that's enough for today! this was the first glute work with weights, so fewer reps. Bodyweight reps have been giving me some good DOMS, so waiting to see what the fewer reps will do. Thinking I went too light, but tomorrow will tell.

Heidi - Great run today! Was the Z wo on you tube or dvd? Just wondering about the quality of here DVD's. Enjoy the weather and get outside to run!

It's gonna be a long week for me - traveling for work all week. Plan to get in my runs and weight work, but if it's anything like last week . . . don't need another one of those!

Good morning,

I am home again. We had a blast with my family in Italy and Germany. I ate and drank way to much. Starting today, I am back on track with my diet and exercise.

Sherry, thanks for starting us off this month. Safe travels. Good job keeping up with your workouts. I was lazy on vacation:p I did a lot of walking.

Heidi - good job on your run. WTG, keeping up with your workouts.

Not sure what I will do today? I will be back later.

Nice job on your workout and stretches! :)
The Z workout was from a DVD and it is like working out with other instructors. I like the DVD because it is a full workout where as some internet ones are only examples of what to do. Also you can pause it! LOL!

So today was STS Circuit Blast : WOW! Nice one! This really kept me moving and my heart rate was up there for sure!

So now its time for a shower and off to work.

Ended up doing High & Tight with Alesia and my son's girlfriend:eek: We also did Aleisa's 250 ab crunches (from her personal trainer).She is taking boxing classes since the beginning of this year.

Today I will do S&H Tri + Bic. My head been hurting since I came home Saturday, I will try to get a cardio wo in tomorrow.

What are your plans today?

Last night - only had time for planks - 70 sec each.

Today - 2 mile interval run followed with iStretch Athletic 20 min and 80 sec planks - those just about did me in!

Belinda - way to get back in teh sweat of things! Great "group" wo last night - I'm sure that was a change not doing it by yourself!

Heidi - what are your wo plans for the week?

Super whirlwind week for me.
Weeks w/o's:
Sunday: run 3 miles and Z strength #1 1 round of each exercise
Monday: Circuit Blast
Tues: Lower body weights from 4DS Kickbox
Weds: OFF
Thurs: PUB premix up only
Today: MIC warm-up and low impact
Runervals 4.0 hill climber 4.20 miles followed by MIC cool down and stretch

Tomorrow: STS Total Body on tap

Belinda: Awesome job on T25 early this morning! Nice job on your workouts this week!

Sherry: I hear ya on the being busy with all the running around etc. Good job on your planks.
What's the plan for tonight? :)

Good morning,

I also did Cathe's road trip class last night. I was a KB kinda of class. Very fun! I didn't had time to change into my workout cloth, ended up working out in a summer dress and sneakers:eek: My DH and DS got a kick out of me wearing a dress! LOL!

Heidi - good job keeping up with your workout this week. Have fun with STS TB today.

WOW! LOL! Belinda! Awesome job getting motivated! LOL! :)

TB is in the bag! :) Went a little lighter because of some back issues I have had since last Saturday. Woke with soreness under shoulder blades and twisting moves make me catch my breath.
Once warmed up and a little stretching gets me through a workout. I hope this goes away soon!!!

Belinda: What's your workout plans for today? Another Cathe live TV? ;) I saw a Zumba class coming up.... ;) Tempted...

Heidi, not sure what I will do today? My calves are so sore today:confused: hurts when I walk. Maybe I will workout tonight? I am beat today. Good job on TB this morning. BBL!

Hi all!

Sorry I've been MIA - the end of last week was really long work days - like 18 hours - so yesterday I just collapsed - I was so tired.

Today been trying to get done with laundry, house cleaning , and groceries. Finally have all those done and ready to take the dog for a walk when it started pouring. Now, waiting for that to stop - looks like a small storm - and then we'll go. I'll also do planks - 100 sec holds to day! - but not sure what else. I leave after dinner to go for this week, too.

Belinda - How fun to work out with the RT! Love it - in a dress?! Is it Cathe or T25 that did the calves in? Hope they are doing better.

Heidi - Great schedule for the past week! Same plans for this week? Your runs are getting longer - over 4 miles this time? Keep it up!

Not sure what I'll get done this week - work days will be really long again. Plan on doing the planks but not sure what else. Keep it up you two! You're filling in for me!
