Ok.finally a w/o this week! CRF time saver: low impact.
Z ropes beginner: 1 round.
3 mile run and AB challenge done! Did crf stretch to finish. How about you? :)

I just finished Jessica's " Total Body Resistance Band workout" =34 min. Thinking about doing JNL Fusion Shoulder Shredder:eek: DH wants to go for a bike ride and a walk later:confused:

Good morning,

I will do Stretch, Rest + Relax soon. Need to get my workout in soon, going to DC. The bed from Groupon finally arrived on Friday, that was a headache. They were suppose to deliver the bed 2 weeks ago, but they never showed up I almost canceled the bed, glad I didn't. I love the bed Groupon did give me a gift card after the headache with the delivery company. DH put up the bed yesterday, I helped a little He did most of the work. Today Alesia and I will go to IKEA to look for a night stand + dresser.

Heidi - how long did you workout yesterday? I was getting tired of reading it:p Fantastic job, yesterday. How are you DOMS today?

My workout yesterday was about 45 min total.

Today I did a steady 2 mile run with small hill intervals. Had another whopper of a headache all day. The run seemed to relieve it just a bit.

Good morning,

Today I am starting STS M2 W3 with D19 and Jessica "2 in 1 Toning". My PF/heal spur is acting up again? I am not doing any high impact, just don't get it? Need to make an appointment this week.

Heidi - sorry about the headache yesterday. WTG, on the run, glad it helped with your headache;) I did had a lot of fun shopping with DD. I ended up buying a dresser and a night stand for the guest bedroom. Today DH and I will go to Costco and pick out a mattress for the bed.

Sherry - hope you get a change to check in this week. We miss you, girl!

Hi ladies! How I've missed you!

Life's been crazy! I've basically been living out of down during the week for a big project, working like 12-14 hour days on end. Then weekends have been filled with travel, too, for soccer tournaments and my brother's wedding. If not that, there's cross country meets and soccer games. And what little time I do have at home on weekends is doing laundry and getting groceries. It's been crazy, and it's finally winding down. Today was one of the few days I was able to take the dog for a walk.

So, my clothes don't fit, I don't like the number on the scale, I can barely run a mile, and I have all over aches - and not the ones from a great wo. Now that i"m coming up for air, it's time to get my wo's in, too.

Glad to see you are both hanging in there. Sorry Belinda's had to talk to herself so much lately. Looking to get back with it.

Catch up with you for a good sweat tomorrow!

Got this old body up this morning and did Tae Bo Express - a short and easy wo, but something to get me moving. Now to shower and get rolling on the day.
