Belinda - So sorry about your brother-in-law. (((Hugs))) and prayers. that is so scary.
Run done - easy 1 mile plus STS Ex Stretch. Was good to move the legs after yesterday's LBWO, which left me with just enough soreness to know I worked the legs but not enough to prevent me from moving.
Heidi - Totally understand the craziness at work and home - been there, done that, think I got the T-shirt. Nice job on trying to at least get some runs in - and need the tm this time of year with no light outside when we have time to run.
Belinda- Firm wo's are like metabolic wo's -so think lighter weights, higher reps, easier than Cathe, but they were the first wo's that I did using weights, and I found Cathe when I wanted more.
