Hi all! Happy Sunny Sunday!
The Chi Running clinic was good. There is a lot of focus on posture in daily living, and exercises to do to get the body back in alignment, like lots of core work! We worked on running form and pace as well. So much to take in. There's a book also, which I'm sure will make much more sense now.
As for wo's, dog walk today. Just taking it easy today (in between laundry, cleaning, groceries, etc) as I figure out how to get the exercises incorporated into some kind of rotation, since she also encouraged strength training for UB as well as LB. So, how the heck to I fit all that into a day? I could easily spend 3+ hours working out, and sometimes I struggle to find 30 minutes!
Heidi - Great run plus legs and abs! Yeah, that spider pretty much freaked me out. Kind of sad that I didn't just get going again . . . so lack of motivation some days!
