Today was XT Disc 2 Bi/Tri. I am DONE and FRIED! LOL!
Later I may add in a cardio workout either bike or run. My hamstrings could do with some extra stretching as well. I noticed how they were pinching at the end of my workout during the crazy dips.

Ran 3 miles for my wo today plus dog walk because the weather is beautiful here, finally! And my IT band didn't have any tenderness when I rolled it - that alone is great!
Belinda - I'm amazed at how much you did today! You are gonna be hurtin'!
Heidi - Did you get in a run/cycle also? How could you have energy after you fried your arms?
My workout today is: BBL High & Tight + Leonardo's Secret and JMBR W2 Wo#1. My butt is super sore from all that squatting and lunges. Guess I will be hurting even more after my leg workout today. Maybe I mop my floors before my workout LOL!

This morning I just finished slide N glide. LOVE THAT ONE!

Last night's wo was short and light - about all I had the time and energy for. No glute DOMS today though. :-( I'll get them this weekend with some heavy LB work.
Today's plan is a 3 mile run. Weather is gorgeous and there are no athletic events on the calendar. Woo Hoo!

Plan for the month - run 2-3 days/week and 2-3 heavy weight work. Thinking about STS once school let's out. Wondering if it can be managed in summer with my travel schedule.

Sherry - the weather is gorgeous here too. Been sitting on my deck quit a bit Have fun with your run today. Hey...30 min is better than none, right. I bet your workouts are intense. Once I am done with the BBL/TJ rotation, I will cut it down to only 30-45 min a day.
Hope you had a restful day today - I sure didn't. Finally got around to doing yard work. So it wasn't until late tonight that I was able to get in a run - 3 miles. I'll be feeling all of it tomorrow, I'm sure!
