Today was XT Disc 2 Bi/Tri. I am DONE and FRIED! LOL!
Later I may add in a cardio workout either bike or run. My hamstrings could do with some extra stretching as well. I noticed how they were pinching at the end of my workout during the crazy dips.

Sherry: How are you doing today? What's your plan? :) Make it a good one!

Quick check in: I am finally done with my workouts. I also did Debbie Schieber Burn it up. I am beat. My legs gonna be sore. And I have all legs tomorrow:confused:

Ran 3 miles for my wo today plus dog walk because the weather is beautiful here, finally! And my IT band didn't have any tenderness when I rolled it - that alone is great!

Belinda - I'm amazed at how much you did today! You are gonna be hurtin'!

Heidi - Did you get in a run/cycle also? How could you have energy after you fried your arms?

My workout today is: BBL High & Tight + Leonardo's Secret and JMBR W2 Wo#1. My butt is super sore from all that squatting and lunges. Guess I will be hurting even more after my leg workout today. Maybe I mop my floors before my workout:eek: LOL!

Sherry - glad your IT didn't border you. Good job on that run and walk yesterday.

Heidi - what are your plans today?

My workouts are done! My Bum Bum is hurting:p I am sure, I will do the duck walk tomorrow. Thank goodness, I have weights tomorrow.

Yesterday morning I did a quick...well 57min. Drop 2 Dress Sizes workout Strength #2.

This morning I just finished slide N glide. LOVE THAT ONE! :)

Belinda: How are your doing today? LOL! Wow your killing the workouts lately! Awesome job!

Hi Sherry! My day was hectic and way too frustrating. Sounds like you had a super busy one too!
Awesome run!!! glad your IT is doing much better. Keep up what your doing because it is working.
How are those legs today after Barre and bonus hip thrusts? :) What are your plans for today?

Hi all!

I actually get to catch my breathe today!

Last night's wo was short and light - about all I had the time and energy for. No glute DOMS today though. :-( I'll get them this weekend with some heavy LB work.

Today's plan is a 3 mile run. Weather is gorgeous and there are no athletic events on the calendar. Woo Hoo! :)

Belinda - you are tearing it up these days. If only I had that amount of time . . .

Heidi - 57 min is quick? I'm on the 30 minute schedule right now. LOL! Great job on S&G.

Plan for the month - run 2-3 days/week and 2-3 heavy weight work. Thinking about STS once school let's out. Wondering if it can be managed in summer with my travel schedule.

Finished my workouts a while ago. I am beat. Didn't realized BBL Rio Extreme
had more leg workouts.

Heidi - LOL, after my workouts I am to beat cleaning my house:p All I want to do is sit on my butt. Of course, I can't! You killing those workouts too. Drop 2 Dress Sizes workout Strength #2 sounds interesting. Never heard of it:eek:

Sherry - the weather is gorgeous here too. Been sitting on my deck quit a bit:D Have fun with your run today. Hey...30 min is better than none, right. I bet your workouts are intense. Once I am done with the BBL/TJ rotation, I will cut it down to only 30-45 min a day.

Run done! Felt really good. Been working on changing my form, and it really seems to be helping.

Belinda - I think I've given up cleaning my house. Much easier that way. :)

Today's a leg day. Kind of in the mood for PLB since I did PUB the other day. Whatever I do, I want the glutes to feel it.

Belinda - How long are these compilations taking every day? Time is my critical factor.

PLB done! Stability ball and I not getting along, so switched over to using the high step. Not sure where the air pump is - that would have helped.

Hi all!

Hope you had a restful day today - I sure didn't. Finally got around to doing yard work. So it wasn't until late tonight that I was able to get in a run - 3 miles. I'll be feeling all of it tomorrow, I'm sure!

It's late, and I'm sure you're already in bed. I'm heading there now. Catch ya tomorrow.
