Not much happening this week for me in the way of workouts. Poison Ivy is holding me in its grip. It is just a mess on my arms, face and
ankles. Wearing gauze on my arms to keep the mess down. YUCK! Can't wait for it to dry out... :(

Hope your all doing well with your new rotation plans for this month.

I will be back in the swing of things hopefully by next week.

Finally something!

iFit TM workout: 3 miles 42min.
Studio Sweat OnDemand: 2/28/13 Speed Sculpt 27min.

There I did it! Modified planks to hands instead of elbows. Although this of course is harder. ;)

The poison ivy mess is starting to get less messy. I think by next week it should be just in the healing process of getting rid
of the marks. I hope this doesn't leave scars! I have too many know as is. :/

What are your plans for this Wednesday?

Hi everyone!

Belinda - Happy Belated Birthday! I hope you and DH are still enjoying your trip. Thanks for starting the new month. We probably would have just kept posting on the old one if you hadn't. You are doing great keeping up the wo's on your trip.

Heidi - Oh no! Poison Ivy is no fun. Amazing you could get in a wo today. Good for you.

Me - Past two days were busy, so nothing. Today - dog walk, sprints, dog walk, stretch. Planning to do RWH 2 month because the first month is only 5 wo's a week, which means a bit more flexibility with our crazy schedule, as in it's Wednesday, and this was my first wo for the week, and it didn't include RWH at all. So, if I miss some ok. Prioritizing running and leg work. The rest is all bonus.

And now time to wind down for the night. Hope you had a good one. Get ready for another sweat tomorrow.

OK so I am soooo feeling my workouts from yesterday. Legs especially. LOL! All in a good way and glad I finally got something done.

Sherry: I hear ya on the busy schedule messing with the workout plans. This poison Ivy mess is truly putting an added damper on things.
Sounds like you have a great plan for the next couple months! Great job on the doggie walks, sprints and stretching.
Just think, School for this year is almost at a close. FINALLY! :) Hopefully this will free up some You time this summer.

Hi Belinda: How are the travels going? Are you headed back home now? Love your photos of the beaches in FL. :) Have a safe trip and catch up when you can.

A SSOD bike workout with RWH chest, triceps and shoulders. (Although I am feeling my upper just from yesterday so this should be interesting.)

Hi all!

WO's done - dog walk, then Plyo1, Abs 2 and BBS - one set only. Squeezed in the weight work so tomorrow night I can focus on my run.

Heidi - I bet you are feeling it. How was the bike on the legs? DD still has school 'til the middle of June, and DH teaches the first summer mini, so he's "in school" until the end of June. At least DS is done until fall. Makes for a crazy schedule at this house.

Belinda - Hope you are having fun!

Yesterday - no wo - got busy, including buying bushes and a tree in-between the down pours (a rather wet trip to the store)

Today's plan - 4 mile run here shortly, then RWH CST

Afternoon!

Today was just house clean-up for the most part. Went for a walk on the beach checking out the local clam flats with DH. He plans on
going clamming tomorrow morning early. :)

Thank you both on my workouts yesterday. I think that makes 2-3 days this week of WO's done? I had planned on a run today but it hasn't happened just yet..... ;)

Tomorrow I plan on STS total body. Haven't done this one in ages!

Good job on your wo's yesterday.

Hope you've been able to enjoy your day today. We've kept in low-key here, as DD has exams this week, and DH is starting the summer semester. Did get a chance to walk the dog between rain storms, and also bought some more plants, that we should be able to get in the ground in the next few days. And, they bought some more athletic clothes, which I appreciated so much more than jewelry.

Oh, and I did get my RWH leg work in. Works the legs just the right amount - intense, but not over done, so I should be able to run tomorrow.

I hope you both had a wonderful Mother's Day yesterday. :)

Sherry: Great job on your leg workout! Yes I agree that the leg workout is just enough and gets the job done. Are you feeling it today?
Sounds like a great day and relaxing with the family. Getting workout clothes are one of my favorite things and or new workouts. ;)

Saturday was hanging out pretty much and not getting much done. Went for a walk with DH on the beach checking out clamming areas.

Sunday: While DH went clamming with his friend I did housework. This was a must because I didn't get much done the day before.
Friends and family over later. :) Had a good feast of clams for sure!

Today was my usual busy Monday with orders and paperwork to do. My workout today:
run: 3.70 miles easy with ramped up speed as I went along.
Then a workout from SSOD. Wow! short but oh man did I feel it this afternoon especially my shoulders. OOF! Still feeling it and took advil a short

Tomorrow's plan: STS Total Body because I will have more time in the morning.

Good evening,

I am home again :) I hope you all had a wonderful mother's day yesterday. Mine was driving home :( It feels good to be home again. Today we started week 12 of 21 Day Fix, we did TB cardio. I also did SBF Shake in the Summer Advanced D1 - TB Fusion Barre + stretch in the RV while DH was driving, lol.

Heidi - you are kicking butt with your workouts. Good job, girl :)

Sherry - wtg, with your leg workout. Kicking butt too :)

Sorry for being short but like I said, we just came home. I am tired from the drive. I will be back in the morning.
 
Happy Monday?

Been one of those days - really felt like it at work today, then storms just as it was time to leave. It was a run day, but not a good one - wanted 4, did 3 - just didn't have it in me - a bit worn down mentally and maybe just a bit dehydrated (really hot and humid today, definitely not used to it yet).

Heidi - WTG on your run and UBWO. Yep, feeling it in the glutes today, just enough to let me know they were worked yesterday.

Belinda - Welcome home! Your wo list today makes it look like you are full of energy, not just back from a long drive. I'm sure it feels good to sleep in your own bed again.

Heading there now. Tomorrow's forecast - cooler and no rain. Thank goodness. But, it'll be a rest day 'cause DD has soccer. If I do squeeze something in, it's a bonus. Have a good one.

I am done with 21 DF TB Cardio :) I am getting ready to do SBF UB + Planks :) I lost a 1.5 pounds while on vacation, yeah :) I was eating super healthy too :)

Sherry - it is hot outside :) Hope you recovered from yesterday's heat :) Thank you! I was glad to sleep in my bed last night. Although the storm last night didn't help :(

Sherry: Nice job on your run. Maybe you might be dehydrated or need a little extra protein? It has been hot here as well and
it always saps my energy to do anything.
Scattered showers here and possible thunderstorm. With the warmer temps the rain does make it more muggy . Yuck!

Today's workout:
STS Total Body premix for legs only. Used the warm up however first.

Feeling every itch of my body today. Not super sore but just a little achy.

Breakfast: Green smoothie, boiled egg and 1/2 grapefruit. Really trying to keep it clean! Blew it this weekend with beer which of course
gave me a headache two hours later on Sunday. Lesson Learned!

Work this afternoon and a quick grocery store run.

Thanks Heidi :) It feels good to be home again. DH thinks I am nuts for working out while he is driving :oops: Way to rock your workouts yesterday. Hope your headache is gone by now.

WO done - tonight was sprints - 800's. Those work me hard - holding a sprint pace over that distance is work. Wonderfully cool today and dry, which helped the running immensely.

Belinda - Weight loss while on vacation? You rock!!! However, I do agree with your DH - doing wo's while he's driving? How can you be selling STS? You love that program?

Heidi - great job on your wo's. Nice food, too. Trying to keep it clean, but not perfect. When soccer season is over, I'll have more time, for both wo's and preparing clean meals.

Tomorrow is a soccer game night, so it'll be a rest day for me. Hope you have a good one.

Today I will do 21 DF Pilates and SBF UB/core :)

Sherry - thank you :) I was eating super clean and we walked every day with the dogs. Working out in an RV is different than a car :p I do move around while he drives:) I have an extra, brand new STS set…I bought it for my DD:oops: She never gonna use it. Good job on your sprints.
