10 Single-Leg Sit-Up Toe Touch
1-Minute Jump Rope
10 Touch Kettlebell Plank

*For the 2nd round, cut the jump rope times to 30 seconds only!

Today's plan is: 4DS Legs+Core, P90X3 Accelerator. This weekend I signed up for Suzanne Bowen 1 Year streaming workouts. Yesterday I started with SBF "Toned in 4" rotation, D1 BSF Lower Body Barre 3, today I will do D2 BSF Triceps, 15 +Stopwatch Planks 3, 15


What are your plans today?

P90X3 Accelerator plus SB Triceps =15 min and Stopwatch Planks =15 min is done! Have to give my wrist a little break before I do 4DS legs/abs

I will take a short break than I will finish 4DS. BBL!

Good morning! Happy Saturday!

I know I've been MIA this past week or so. The end of the school year has been crazy, with something every night and lots on weekends, too. Graduation for DS is tomorrow, and the soccer banquet is Tuesday, so after that I'll be able to breathe. Though, last weekend we did do extensive yard work, which included laying down 70 bags of mulch. We were so exhausted Monday night that we just collapsed onto the patio.

Belinda - Great job keeping up with your wo's on top of the painting. You are amazing! Will you be relaxing this weekend?

Heidi - Belated B-day to your DH. Looks like you've had a busy week, too. It will all calm down, right?

Today's plans - sit in front of the computer working on the memory book for the soccer team (the other part of being the team photographer), plus some dog walks to get me moving and keep her happy - she hasn't had many lately as we just come and go.

This mooring we went for a 4.5 mile walk with the dogs. I also did P90X3 Yoga and BSF UB stretch.

Sherry - wow, you have a lot on your plate. Hope you get to relax a little bit this weekend. Tomorrow DH and I are going to a Graduation. Congrats to your son! You must be proud:) We really didn't relax a lot this weekend, still had to do some clean up from the painting (touch up). It's all done now. Hopefully next weekend.
