Getting it done for May 2014!

I did P90X3 CVX and Suzanne Bowen 30 min Barre for the lower body this morning. I will go for a nice walk later this evening, since it got cooler outside

Sherry - glad you went to the doctor and got it checked out. Hope you feel better soon. Hope you catch some air soon. Congrats and Happy Birthday to your son!

Heidi - lol, about your abs! You are killing it with your workouts, girl! Amazing job!

Hi all!

Still hanging in there. DS is feeling better - now he just has a cough. Which is good because he needs to finish a few projects, and he's done at the end of the week. DD has 3 games this week, too. That all means food will be fast, easy and not necessarily clean. Also, wo's probably won't be happening until the weekend. I do see a light at the end of the tunnel.

Belinda - did you enjoy your rest day? What are your wo plans today? Glad the rain finally stopped so we can get out for walks, too.

Heidi - jump rope, how fun! Can't do that in our basement though - the ceiling is too lo (I've tried). How are the rest of the activities on the home front?

I did 4DS High Intensity Step/Chest & Back and P90X3 Triometrics (Power) this morning.

Sherry - glad you finally seeing an end to your busy schedule with school and such. Stay strong, girl! It's nice outside today, been laying on my deck:D

Loving my added Z workouts! :) Doing one of Z's or Bodyrock workouts after weights when I can or have time. Considering most are 12-30min long so it is doable.

Hi all!

Heidi - (((Hugs))) to you. I know this is a hard time for you. Remember all the good times. She is at peace now. Keep up your killer wo's - they are helping more than your physical fitness.

Belinda - I continue to be impressed with your incredible 2-a-day wo's. Keep it up!

Me - hanging in there. It would be easier if the kids weren't involved in activities and then if I didn't volunteer to help in all of them, but then life wouldn't be as wonderful then, now would it. I won't come up for air until the weekend, and every night next week is just as bad. Wondering if I should start over with M1 in June or just jump into M2. What do you think?

P90X3 MMX and 4DS legs/core is done.

Sherry - I cut my workouts to an hour a day. I don't want to workout that long in the summer. I rather go outside with my dogs or lay on my deck:p How many workouts did you miss in M1?

Heidi - (((HUGS) I know it's tough to go through. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Feeling it in your abs today:p My abs are hurting just reading what you did yesterday:eek:

Thank you both! I am hanging in there and I know that Saturday's get together is going to be rough.

So far today has been house max. Decided to take another day off due to work being a little slow.
Have in mind to do AT...but will see.

Belinda: Nice job on your workouts too! :) Wish I could spend time on my pool deck but it seems that everytime I have time there is always something else to get done first. Plus I am not a tanner! LOL! ;)

Sherry: Your schedule has been hard for sure. I would think about what Belinda said on how far along you got in M1 then decide.

Good afternoon Heidi,

(((HUGS)))) I will be thinking about you on Saturday! Do you work from home? That's great you can take some time off to get things done:) I don't tan, I lay under a huge umbrella:p I decided to take a little me time, I been working my butt off since we move into our house. And let's be real, there is always something that needs to get done. We bought a lounger (it's a double oval bed) for the deck, best thing EVER:p:eek: I love it!!! This weekend, DH and I will paint our giant foyer, we been pushing it off since we move into our house.I want the house to reflect me, not somebody else:eek: Have fun with TA later.

Oh, I also walked the dogs earlier this morning.

• 20 Alternating Santana Plank knee tuck each leg and turn to side plank alternate sides

• 20 Cross Sumo Squat Jumps
• 20 Kettlebell Swings
• 20 Sumo Jumps
• 15 1-Leg Deadlifts (each)
• 20 Sumo Jumps
• 20 Step-Ups with Leg Extension (alternate)

Off to shower and work. Oh I do most of the paperwork at home before going into work. :) I do have to go to work most days to finish up orders/shipping etc. When it is really busy my Son goes in with me. He is a very big help!!!
