Morning all!
Frustrated - can't get our schedules to work for me. DS has track practice right after school 'til 4:30, but DD has soccer 5:30-7:30. I get home before DH, so I get to shuttle the kids aroundas well as prepare dinner. Their homework load has been heavy lately, too, so can't get as much help from them. Plus, weather has taken a dive, too - cold with snow showers constantly. The time change was supposed to make it easier in the evenings. Argh!
So, all that venting to say no wo last night or this a.m.
At least the eating has been on track - not perfect but a lot more salads.
Belinda - great wo! How do you like the hair?
Heidi - is your rotation over? Don't like the way my clothes are fitting, either. It's proving my body needs strength training as well as cardio.

Oh Sherry! Your schedule is pretty full for sure. Can you stick to alternating morning of cardio one day and weights on another?
No w/o today... Work calls. :/ plus I am pretty sore all over! Lol!
I will do AT tomorrow morning for sure.
