Very busy last 5 days! Work issues.... ARGH!
Anyway no workouts this friday or over the weekend.

Monday I started BH! Day 5 DONE!
today was a bike w/o and med ball abs.
I have DOMS in my hamstrings! Shoulders are feeling it as well. I only used 5's to start and then when he dropped the weights I went to 3's for the remaining exercises. TOO MUCH SHOULDER WORK! I can't do his workouts back to back. So I will alternate with cardio days doing cycle, runs or step routines.
Tomorrow's plan: BH total body transformation.
Sherry: Argh! That figures on the travel issues.

Maybe if you get to the hotel in time?

On your rotation plans: Oh you can do it! Your time will free up so that you and your DH can do a rotation together. I think that is great that he will follow along with DVD's.

Mine won't HAHA! Maybe I should say he hasn't given it a try to see what it's all about. I really think he would like it in the long run and get in some great workouts too.
Karen: Your days sound a lot like mine....especially MONDAY'S ARGH! Good job getting in your yoga and a walk with the pup.

At least that is a good way to end a hectic day.
