Getting it done for Feb 6 - 12!!

Belinda: What did you do for your workout? How are things coming along with the house? :)

Sherry: Are you on the road today? OI! All that driving or flying must be tough sitting so much. ;) What's your plan for today?

I did Disc 2 back and tri along with an interval run on the TM for 40min. Sherry you would like this workout! Treadmill Challengers

I was going to chicken out of doing the back w/o but once I started I just kept on going. ;) My back is sore from all the bending to pick up the dixie cups! HAHA! Tush and hammies are feeling it as well.

Hi all!

Today's plan was PS CST, and it's done! :) Plus a brisk walk with the dog. Soooo nice to be lifting weights with Cathe again! We'll see if I'm saying that in the morning . . .

As of now, looks like I'll only have a one day trip this week, so may actually be able to keep on some kind of wo schedule. :D

Belinda - What did you decide to do? Weights or cardio? Or just kept working on the house?

Heidi - So proud that you decided to keep going. I'm thinking we'll both be feeling it tomorrow. Treadmill intervals - is that an iTrain?

Scrounging to come up with dinner. We really do keep weird schedules here. I think it might have something to do with kid activities . . .

Sherry: so are you able to move this morning? Lol! Great job on your weight w/o and walk. :)

The TM interval w/o is by DVD and is called treadmill challengers. Love this w/o!
You start off at your base pace and increase your speed up by 1-3% every min. The w/o goes by quickly.

Belinda: how was your w/o? ;)

Today I will do LIS CSS 1-4 to start. I will be careful getting back into the sliding disc part.

My upper is sore and my lower body but all good. It is slow going down to sit though! Lol! ;)

What's your plan for today? Make it a good one!

Morning girls,

Slept in this morning. On top of everhing that is going on here, I am getting another sinus infection:( I am so stuffed up, I can hardly breath:confused: My gym is set up, so today I will start M2, W4 D23.

Sherry - I worked more on the house than anything else. Good job, on PS CST yesterday.

Heidi - need to check out that TM workout, sounds great. What TM do you have? Getting ready to buy one. BTW, have fun with the LIS CSS rotation.

Well . . . DOMS not as bad as I'd like (did I really say that?) After some initial stiffness this a.m., I just fine. Disappointed because my arms were really shaking towards the end of the tricep exercises. Next time I'll definitely heavy up!

Tonight's plan is a 3.5 mile interval run. Like how the milage is going up and the pain isn't.

Hi 5's to all! We're staying on top of our workouts.

Heidi - I'll have to think about some DVD's. Usually I'm watching some show I taped while I run, while also keeping an eye on my training plan time/distance for that wo.

Belinda - so sorry you have yet another sinus infection. At least the house is getting better to live in.

Hi Sherry! Are you sore now? LOL! Sometimes I don't feel the DOMS until the second day.
I am noticing the same on the increase of mileage and how well my calf is holding up. It does feel great for sure! :) YEAH for us getting back to it!

I haven't done my planned wo yet. Busy with paperwork this morning. My oldest son is visiting now and the boys are in my wo area playing a game. ;)

Run done! Legs feeling great, and I'm not getting too breathless or any side stitches. Life is good! :)

Heidi - Did you kick the boys out of the room and get your wo done? I'll have to check the link out later.

Belinda - Haven't even previewed the new wo's. Another thing to do later.

Tomorrow is a early out for a one day work trip. We'll see if the 2nd day DOMS set in. PS Legs on tap for tomorrow night. See you then!

Awesome job girls on your w/o's yesterday. :)

I wasn't able to get mine down so I made it a priority first thing today.
Finished CSS 1-8 i modified jacks did regular etc. no step bonus I am wiped! Great w/o! Next time step first then intervals. :)

Sherry have a safe trip today!

Belinda: I looked but am also undecided. I need to work through what I have now. :)
What's your plan for today? How you feeling by the way?

NO, workout to report today:eek: My stomach is upset, on top I am having a sinus/earinfection, wth?? Took it easy all day long. Hoping to get a workout in tomorrow.

Heidi, not sure why? But for some reason, those workouts are not klicking with me. Too many burpies and Mountain Climbers/push ups for me in AB & AT:confused: like you, I have so many DVDs I haven't done yet?? Let me know if you get them.

Back home. Up too early and too much driving, so other than a dog walk, making this a rest day. Just didn't have it in me to make it a leg day.

Belinda - Maybe your body just needed you to relax, which you probably haven't done since you took ownership of the house. I glanced at the new wo's and still thinking. Just add me to the list of those with DVD's they haven't even tried yet.

Heidi - Good for you prioritizing your workout first thing! CSS can get your good and worn out.

I am like you, can't really use the 30% coupon...I already got everything!! How may dvds do I need:eek: I hate push ups, Burpies and Mountain Climbers, there where way to many in her last series:(:confused: Pus, since I am upacking all my stuff, I realized I have way to much stuff:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Sherry - you are so right:eek: I really haven't taking any time off since we got the house, I am always doing something:( felt great to take it easy! I will so much better today. My workout is done! PHEW! I skipped the bonus leg routine on this STS #3 leg w/o. I have my PT appt. tonight so I am sure she will have me doing something crazy anyway. HAHA!

Belinda: ;) We have enough w/o's and choices I think at this point. I want to get back to BR too....I will wait to see what others think of the new series before jumping in. ;)

Good job, Heidi! Still working on the kitchen, getting there:D I will do legs sortly, before I get to tired. I agree with you on to many workout DVDs. I totally forgot about BR, always wanted to do them....mmmmm. Maybe I will do those after STS:eek: Do you have one of those interval timers?
 
Obviously a leg day for all of us! PS legs done! Just finished, too, and ready to zonk out. No problem for me sleeping right away after a weight wo. Sometimes a day's schedule doesn't go as planned. Oh well.

Tomorrow is a run day. Catch up with you then!

How's everyone doing today from the leg w/o's yesterday? ;)
Surprisingly I am not too bad. Today is cardio for me so thinking I might run instead of cycle. I will add abs in from s90 and some BR moves.

Belinda: I do have the timer and it does help to keep me moving. ;)
I am picking some ab moves from the 12 days of Christmas schedule.
How are you feeling today? Great job on your workout! Sounds like you are almost finished up with the house too. :)

Good morning,

Never got my leg workout in, did get lots of stuff done in the house. I am almost done! So today I will do D20. Next week I get a recovery week, plan on doing at least 3 cardio wo to make up for this week. We shall see.

Heidi - I am almost done with the kitchen, I have tons of dishes:rolleyes::confused: this weekend we will paint the laundry roon:( not looking forward, than hopefully I can finish up the storage area in the basement:rolleyes: by this time my head is spinning:eek: inbetween all that I still need to work on the dinning room (need to clean all those dishes ( like I said I have tons) and put them in the cabinats. I still have tons of work to do. BTW, where can I buy that timer???

Sherry - maby you need a rest day, after all that traveling?? Enjoy whatever you do today.
