Today I will do cardio, not sure what yet? Woke up with a giant headache:( my sinus been acting up since a few weeks now, I think it's the change in weather??

Heidi - did you get some sleep? Monday night, I think I only got like 2 hours:confused:

Sherry - good job on your eating and workouts. How are you feeling??

Belinda - Thanks for getting us started.

Yesterday was a long day. up at 4:30 to go catch a plane for a one day trip. Finally got home about 9, and still got in my wo - S&H CB. Glad I did. Tonight's plan is a run.

This was quick. Will stop by later with more.
 
Hi all!

Tonight's wo done - 3 mile steady state run. Also, lovin' the DOMS in the pecs from yesterday.

Tomorrow I'm supposed to be flying out again. Wondering how the weather will impact my departure time.

Heidi said she's been having trouble getting to the site due to a virus warning, but wanted you to know she's not neglecting us.

Sherry - thanks for the update!! I was wondering, LOL! Well done on the 3 miler and DOMS. Safe travels!

I never got that workout in, ended up taking a rest day. My sinus hurt to much. Didn't wanted to jump around with that giant headache I been having lately. No matter what I did yesterday, it didn't go away arrr....

My plan today is to get in D5 in and a ab wo?

I will catch up later.
 
Belinda - are you doing just a normal 3 1/2 month STS rotation? I'm thinking about starting a 6 1/2 month rotation in April. I really like how my body is feeling with the weights and running. My plan is to do S&H for a 2nd week, followed by 2 weeks of Pyramids then 2 weeks of Gym Styles. Then I think I'll be ready for STS.

Trying again...I hope that this works and I don't get that virus message again! SCARY when that happens!

My workout for today is complete! :)
Pyramid upper body: pre-mix for pyramid Down WOW! That got me good starting off with heavy weights! I was shaking by the end! :)
I finished up with the abs and a run with runnervals 1.0. :)

Sherry: Thank you for passing on the word to Belinda! :) Your schedule looks good too!

Belinda: Are you feeling better today? Darn those sinus headaches and infections! I wish there was something they could do for you so you wouldn't get them so often.

OH! I forgot to mention that I am working in my DS's room. I am getting the walls ready for repainting. He picked the color....sort of a turquoise blue/green.

Sherry - I like your plan;) sounds wonderful! I bet you get nice results! As far as the 6 1/2 month STS rotations goes, I loved every minute:eek::D

Heidi - lots of people on the forum are getting a virus:confused::( wonder what this is about?? I love the Pyramid premix, gets the job done in a short amount of time! There is something the ENT could do for my sinus, surgery! They been calling me since last Oct:confused::( I am a nut, I know:p Just wanted to get the 6 1/2 month rotation done:eek: which I did!

Hi all!

WO done - Turbo Barre Lower Body Express. Works the legs in all the different places. Yowza! Tomorrow's plan is a 3 mile steady state run, which should totally be doable. I picked the hotel because they have more than one treadmill.

Nice job both of you getting in the wo.

Belinda - I know it's surgery, but as miserable as you've been . . . should be worth it?

Heidi - Did you actually start painting yet?

Off to get some work done - the stuff I get paid for, before turning in for the night. See ya tomorrow!
 
Hallo Heidi and Sherry,

My husband had an doc appt this morning, for this surgery. He ask the doc to take a look at my hand (been having problems for weeks), I have carpal tunnel symptoms:( At first I thought I pulled a muscle, I guess not! He also told me to stop with the heavy lifting, infact he told me not to work out:eek: and rest! You know, that's not gonna happend, right:p I have 2 more weeks left with STS and I plan on finsihing it!! I can do this for 2 more weeks. Yesterday I had numbness in my fingers so bad while doing deadlifts, I had to drop by 10#, just couldn't feel my fingers:mad: He thinks it's from lifting so heavy and all the cleaning I been doing:eek:


Today I was suppose to do CCC, I don't see that's gonna happen today:( Head and hand hurst! I may take a complete rest day and get my cardio workout in on the weekend! BBL to catch up on personals.
 
Oh Belinda, I didn't realize that you were hurting that much. Please do take care! Don't want you to hurt yourself further! Did you schedule your sinus surgery yet?

As for me, still out of town. Yesterday was a very long day on my feet. When I got back to the hotel, I wanted to rest before I ran. Next thing I knew, it was 10:00! So, I guess a much needed rest day instead. I really do feel more refreshed today. Getting on a plane shortly, so plan to do that run as soon as I get home.

Hope we are all having a better one to day. BBL!
 
Back home. Run done. Now to shovel dinner down and get on with the running around for the evening.

Sherry - glad you back home! You are so good with your runs, wtg! Haven't schedule my surgery yet? Sounds like you needed that sleep.

WO is done - S&H LS. Worked those glutes hard, focusing on form. I think I'm starting to visibly see the payoff. Nice when the hard work shows. Now if I would just clean up my eating a bit more.

Belinda - Did you do Zumba? I'm sure that was a nice break from the heavy weights, even though I've heard it's quite the wo. How are your wrists feeling today?

Heidi - What are your plans for the day?

Off to spend the rest of the afternoon getting taxes done - not fun. I might take a break and get in S&H TB. We'll see how it goes.

Sherry: Nice job! :) I hear ya on the taxes....got mine all put together for the workplace and personal and sent off to the accountant. I dread this time of year.

My workout: LISTBLower Express w/ itread walking series inbetween sets. :)

Just made a yummy tuna wrap. :)

1 serv is: 2 wraps 157cals.

14 oz canned light tuna in water
3 Tbsp LF Parmesan Peppercorn Dressing
2 Tbsp sugar-free pickle relish
½ tsp curry powder
½ cup chopped apple
1 medium (4-1/8" long) scallions
8 leaves romaine lettuce
Directions
1. Mix ingredients together in a bowl, except for lettuce leaves.
2. Place 1/3 cup of tuna salad in each lettuce leaf and fold

:) Trying to eat well as can be too.

Belinda: How are you doing today? Were you able to get in your Zumba w/o? :) I hope you are feeling better.

Good morning,

No workout to report yesterday. DH and I worked all morning on the basement, I am finally seeing an end to this. Did two trips to Home Depot, lol. We always need something. By the time I was gonna get a workout in, I was starving and it was to late to get a workout in. Oh well! Today Alesia and I will get our hair done.

Sherry - awesome job with S&H LS. I hear you on the eating. Arr...

Heidi - that wrap sounds yummy! Nice combo yesterday,

Belinda: my weekends used to be spent running up and down to the home depot so I know what you mean. ;)

I finally got my app on my phone to work again! So at least I can check in this way.

Today I am headed up to the mall with my son. Later I will do a run with tri upper. ;)
No DOMS to report from legs yesterday. ;) guess I better do ga legs next time.

Hi all!

Laundry - done, groceries - done, house cleaning - well sort of done, still a few other things to do - like pay bills, box up GS cookies to send to family, make sure HW is really done like they say. But in between it all, I did WO - did S&H TB (and the abs too!:)), took the dog for a walk, ran 3 miles steady state on the TM, and completed it all with STS extended stretch:D. No wonder I'm about exhausted now!

Heidi - Nice job on the legwork. Did you get the Trisets done today? Tuna wrap looks yummy (said as DD is making brownies because whole family is having chocolate cravings). The other team tied the game last night in the final minutes, but it was a great game.

Belinda - So glad you are seeing the light at the end if the tunnel. Do you know all the people at HD by name now? hope getting your hair done helped you relax a bit.

Finally, dinner is ready - tacos from ground turkey. See you all tomorrow!

I forgot to post a new thread this morning,:confused: since Sherry posted already here, I figured I do the same:p

Heidi - wtg, on that leg workout. I was wondering if I wonna add a second leg workout in this week:eek: I never done that tri-set workout.

Sherry - about time with the house, lol! It's really starting to look great. I will not post pic unless I am completey done and everything is in it's place;) Holy smokes, you did a lot already this morning. High fives!!
