I hear ya on the taxes....got mine all put together for the workplace and personal and sent off to the accountant. I dread this time of year.
My workout: LISTBLower Express w/ itread walking series inbetween sets.
Just made a yummy tuna wrap.
1 serv is: 2 wraps 157cals.
14 oz canned light tuna in water
3 Tbsp LF Parmesan Peppercorn Dressing
2 Tbsp sugar-free pickle relish
½ tsp curry powder
½ cup chopped apple
1 medium (4-1/8" long) scallions
8 leaves romaine lettuce
Directions
1. Mix ingredients together in a bowl, except for lettuce leaves.
2. Place 1/3 cup of tuna salad in each lettuce leaf and fold

Trying to eat well as can be too.
