GETTING IT DONE FOR AUGUST!!!

Belinda: How are you feeling?

Sherry: How are things going with getting ready for school and travel issues?
I have about one more week before my Son gets to go to college. OI!

Today was Boot Camp. PHEW! I like this one but it really gets your HR up there on the cardio. Great ab w/o too! :)

Tomorrow is cardio. Have on rotation: Step Jam but I may opt out and do a Z workout and then a run. ;)

Good morning,

Thanks for the well wishes. Means a lot to me. This week is my recovery week, I will take it easy for the rest of the week. Stomach is still upset. I finally did STS D12 yesterday.

Today I will spent the day in DC with DD. If I feel up to it, I will go a little shopping.


Heidi - great job keeping up with your workouts. BC is a tough workout. I really need to give Z a whirl on of those days.

Sherry - sorry you have so much going on these days. Check in when you can.

Yesterday was a rest day for me...lots of work and running around with my Son up to the college.

I am dragging a little today...woke at 2am and couldn't get back to sleep. UP early at 5 to help my DH get ready for a road trip and meeting in RI.

Not sure what I will do at this point. Will wait for my stomach to settle after my breakfast. ;)

Belinda: Glad to hear that your feeling a little better. I hope you have a great time with your DD in DC today. Take it easy until your completely better because you don't want to get side lined.
You did great on STS D12 yesterday even so. :)

I really like that Boot Camp workout. :) Hits it all! Z is great as well and gets in a quick workout when time is short.
Today's plan was or is...Super Sets. Will see in a bit. ;)

Good evening,

Heidi - I posted this morning, can't see my post:eek: I am doing a lot better. Stomach is still upset, have trouble eating food..except chicken noodle soup:rolleyes: Tomorrow DH and I plan on going for a bike ride. Last week DH bought a new bike for me. I woke up at 2 am too:eek: The day before DH got up around 1 a.m. What's going on? I was dragging for a few day's now. Are you going on a RT with your husband? You are doing great keeping up with your workouts.

Sherry - hope you doing well and thing will lighten up for you soon. Hang in there.

I will check in tomorrow. Oh, btw....we are starting to paint the basement bathroom. My husband and son finally hang up all our TV's on the wall. (living room, bedroom and workout room). Love it! Off to watch a little TV

No I am not going anywhere this weekend my DH hadn't been feeling well since weds. :/ it's going around. I don't want whatever it is for sure!

Big wave to Sherry! School starts next weds for my Son. How about your kids?
