ARGH! I can't believe it is August! Thanks for starting us off again Belinda. I would have forgotten and checked into July's.

Belinda: Nice job on Turbo Fire workouts! Did you do abs yet? LOL!

I just finished Z strength #2. OI! That's was tough but great all in one. Kept up pretty well too. :)
After I did a bike workout but my legs were spent so I only lasted 2 miles worth.

Heidi - good job with Z strength #2 last night. How do those compare to other strength workouts? Besides being shorter.

Happy Saturday! In August! (Really?!)

Past few days have been crazy! No wo's because of it. :( The guys took off at 6 a.m. for a week of camping up in Ontario. I took DD to cc practice, and did about 2.5 miles - not with the kids, can't keep up with them - but at least I did something!

Belinda - Love the rotation that you are putting together! I agree - no hi impact until the foot is healed more.

Heidi - You are really doing some kick butt wo's when you are getting them in. Hope you are able to keep it up!

Now, typical weekend stuff to do - laundry, groceries, etc. Hope you are having a good one!

I did a Bootcamp style "Total Body Tabata" = 20 min. That was an awesome workout! Loved it!


Time to relax with a nice glass of wine:eek: In two weeks DH and I will go to Virginia Beach.Today we picked up the, DH was cleaning it:D I didn't sleep well last night, I was up until 3:30 a.m:confused:

UP early and by 10 I did Bob H. Kettle bell workout.

Getting ready to have guests for my sons BD. Just finished the cake and waiting for it to cool so I can frost it.

Belinda: Enjoy your yoga today. :) Oh that sounds great yesterday for your workout! Is that on the XT DVD Series? ;)

Sherry: Sounds like you have the house to your self? ;) Great job yesterday on your run! :)

My schedule has been crazy busy as of late. Getting my son ready for college by the end of the month too. He has his last testing for higher math tomorrow. It is about 2 hours long. I plan on getting in Super Cuts early, drop him off and come back to work until he is ready to be picked up again.

I plan on getting my workouts in even if it kills me! I have to get back on track! ;)

I promise to ck in more often too! :)

I did 20 min yoga awhile ago. I am all stretched out and relaxed.

Heidi - good job with Bob's kettle bell workout. Sorry about your crazy schedule. Hope it lighten up soon. Happy Birthday to your son. That cake sounds amazing:p Love cake! Check in when you can!

Hi all!

Today was getting stuff done at home(laundry, cleaning house, cleaning yard, attacking weeds, etc.) but I did get in several dog walks for breaks - made the pup happy. Enjoying my quiet time to relax, too! DD and I got some movies that we've only caught parts of to watch the whole thing through.

Belinda - Good for you for taking an easy day. I'm sure you will have fun at VA Beach. So wonderful that your house is done and you can enjoy it and also have your free time for fun things like trips!

Heidi - How was the b-day party? I've got a year before my oldest goes to college, but it's already going too fast. Agree with you about having to get back on track. Planning to spend some of the time this week on me!

Still getting a few things done. Catch up with you tomorrow!

This morning was yesterday's plan: Super cuts

Very busy yesterday and no time for anything.

Tomorrow morning I plan on Trisets for upper. Then off to work and an appointment in the afternoon.

Hi Belinda!!!! ;) Nice job on your workouts and yoga. :) So where and what are you using for the yoga challenge?

Sherry: How did your day go today? Sounds like a nice evening with your DD the other night too. :)

Party went well and all the food was gone! Well except for the rest of the cake which needs to get out of here before I eat it all. LOL! ;)

I am loving this cooler and less humid weather for sure! ;)

Hi all!

Things have been kind of crazy around here - even with the guys gone. All I've gotten in so far have been dog walks the past couple of days, but she's happy about that, so that's all good.

However, DD and I are continuing our tradition of a different ice cream place very night - not good for the waistline!

Belinda - Tell me more about the 30 day yoga challenge? Certain poses held for certain amounts of time? Sounds interesting. Now, combine that with 30 day glute, plank and push-up challenges and you'd have quite a workout!

Heidi - Glad the party went well. Get rid of that cake! And also loving this cooler weather.

Sherry -- lol, about the ice cream:p Well, it's summer and you getting some good workouts in. WTG, walking your dog daily. Need to start walking my dogs again. It's raining here. Heidi -- glad your party went well! Mmm..cake:p Check out the yoga challenge, see above;) I really like it, it's short and sweet. Plus I need more stretching. She holds the stretches really long. It's all good!
