Hello Belinda, Sherry, and Heidi!
I was just catching up on your last week of workouts and I just have to give a **high five** to all of you. Wow, you girls are really rocking your workouts. Belinda your rotation planned looks hardcore! Heidi - I almost started the rotation you are following this last week. However, I decided to join Sherry with STS. Hopefully we can motivate each other and Sherry can finally say she did it all the way through!
After Sherry and Belinda twisted my arm (ouch) to get back to the check in I decided I could handle a weekly check in. So I won't be posting as frequently as in the past - but anything is better than nothing, right?
I got back on MFP with a push from Sherry a couple of weeks back (BTW - missed you girls at the Chicago road trip!). I truely hate counting calories, however in doing so I have managed to drop a few pounds by being much more aware of how much I'm eating. So I will continue with that.
Here is last weeks workout breakdown:
Monday - REST
Tuesday - STS M1 Disc1
Wednesday- Hiit 40/20 + TF Abs AM - PIYO Strength PM
Thursday- M1 Disc 2
Friday- RIDE + Abs
Saturday - M1 Disc 3
Sunday - Drill Max Scrambled Cardio Mix + Medicine Ball abs
