Heidi - I did LIS Challenge last night, love it! Glad to hear your mom is doing better.

Sherry - glad you had a blast at the RT. You need to take a day off, you earned it. I am sure, Cathe worked you guys hard, lol.

I was working in my garage and basement all weekend long. I went through/emty every box:p The garage is still a mess, but everthing is out of the boxes. Need to spent this week and get it organized;) Today I will finsih up the basement.

Today I will do Tri Sets UB, didn't get it in yesterday:confused:

Hi Sherry and Belinda!

Ok...long weekend here. Yesterday it was a day of fixing things...still have issues with bathtub faucet so a Home Depot is the plan today.
Saturday I did a 2 hour trail hike with my friend and DH. :)

Sherry: You will have to let us know what Cathe put you all through....unless you are sworn to keep it a secret. ;) Enjoy your rest day! :)

Belinda: I hear you on the wanting to get things organized and cleaned out. Been doing the same here. So sick of having all these boxes of stuff that haven't been looked at in years. Major clean out is in order!
I hope you get in your w/o early. ;) This way there are no excuses...right? ;) Have fun!

Off to do disc #30 that I didn't do Friday.

Belinda - how's that basement? How'd you like Tri Upper?

Heidi - did you get D30 done?

Me - was feeling rather good today. Really surprised 'cause Cathe worked us hard. So, I did 3 easy miles and they flew by.

No secrets from the RT. Will give you the scoop tomorrow. Headin' to bed now.

I did my w/o yesterday with sts 30 and then spent the rest of the day up at the home depot and lowes.

Today I am taking my mom out to see her friend in the hospital. Then it is work this afternoon. I am not sure if a w/o will fit in so I will have to get back to you on that later.

Yesterday I did LIC Tri Sets LB. Legs feel sore today. I will do AB today.
Heidi - I am doing lots of organizing and cleaning out. Home Depot & Lowns our fav place lately, lol! Need to go there this weekend. Nice job on that hike and D30. Hope you get your workout in today and your mom has fun seeing her friend.
 
Sherry - good job with your easy 3 miler yesterday, lol. Can't wait the scoop from the RT, lol.

Hey! :)

I ended up doing runervals 2.0 tempo w/o. Wow that's a good one! Did over 3.5 miles, showered and headed out for the day.

Belinda: nice job on tri sets legs and AB! AB is a great w/o for sure! :)
It feels so good to get things cleared out one box at a time for sure! ;)

Sherry: how's your day going? :) have a great w/o tonight if that's your plan. I look forward to hearing about AT experience. Maybe one day I will attend one too. :)

Hi all!

Impressed with the display of some awesome gun at the RT, I decided to restart the 6-1/2 month STS rotation. I'm consideing that first week a trial period. So today was D1 plus abs, ARX.

At the RT, on Friday we started with Afterburn, showered quickly for dinner, then followed with and hour of yoga, made a bit difficult on the slippery towels and carpet. Saturday morning started with Kickbox and some Slide 'n Glide, followed by Athletic training with a concentration on upper body and abs. She showed us a couple of moves from the new videos and told us we'd be using 10's at home, not the 5's she gave us. I think I could have used 3's just fine. We got a short bit of time for lunch, then in the afternoon she threw some more cardio and lower body blast at us. At dinner she made her rounds and sat with us for a bit. Sunday morning she finished us off with an excruciatung boot camp.

She's a bundle of energy and very down to earth. And she knows quite well how to kick my butt, as the glutes were the most sore from the get go and ongoing. Got the (signed) t-shirt, too!

Don't know how others were able to hit the bar. I was exhausted and think a drink would have put me on the floor.

Glad you are both getting your wo's in. It's late. Will catch up with you later.

Great job on D1 and starting your new STS 61/2 mo. rotation.

Belinda: What's on tap for your today? :)

This morning I did LIS LIC but only the first 2 combos. I really need more time to keep back tracking! It was a good cardio workout for what I did do. I finished up with standing legs from BB. ;)

Belinda: GO DO YOUR W/O QUICK! LOL! I always feel exhausted when it is cloudy and raining.
I liked the LIS LIC this morning but I get confused with the foot work. It will take me a couple times before I remember it. ;)

My Mom is much better thank you. I saw her yesterday to take her to see her friend. He had double pneumonia! He also had to go on dialysis. He looks a lot better too. He should be able to go home next week or so.

Well my DH is sick with something....I hope it doesn't turn into pneumonia too! I am trying to get him to see his Doc. He looks terrible and is so exhausted. :(

Sherry: How are you doing today? How are those DOMS? :)

Hi all!

Belinda - did you get in a nap or a wo? Cloudy rainy weather can drain you.

Heidi - glad your mom is feeling better. Sorry about DH being sick now. Sometimes the problem with new wo's is finding the time to learn them while still doing old wo's to get inthe sweat.

Me, now so sore today. My shoulders were exhausted last night, and the abs even burned a bit, but really nothing today. Was kind of like that on the RT - felt the muscles working good, but they recovered quicker than I expected.

Today's wo was 400m intervals, but I did them outside and had trouble pacing myself, so they were more like 300's. LOL! Followed them with iStretch Athletic 20 min - have that on my phone so can do right there.

Still need to get better with the eating. Homemade choc chip cake brought into work and just had to have a "way too big" piece and it was delicious! Hope the run burned some of it off.

Hieidi - the foot work is the same as in 4DS and RS. Do you have those DVDs? Glad your mom and friend are doing much better. Oh no, on your DH....I hope he feels better soon.
 
Sherry - no nap yesterday. Thank goodness, the sun is out today. Hate cloudy rany weather. Glad you recovered from the RT so quickly. Good job on that run yesterday. I hear you on the eating. Mine was out of control yesterday....new day today.
 
Today I will do Trisets UB.

Sherry: Nice run yesterday! Are you doing your runs on a track? Years ago I got a garmin that has GPS and a program for a workout buddy. ;) It keeps pace with you or races you and it beeps if you are slower. LOL! It beeps most of the time for me lately if I use it. My neighborhood is very hilly so this slows me down quite a bit.
Great idea to have those stretches on your phone too! :)


Belinda: Great job on LIC! Also for not going to bed... HAHA! Once you get moving I am sure you are like me and won't stop until it is done.
I have both those workouts but haven't done them lately. RS I found easier than 4DS. I got so confused on the 4DS step routine that I don't do it at all. I use that one only for the weight segments.

Today I am doing tri lower. ;)

Thank you girls for the well wishes on DH. He rested last night and then worked on the replacement of the tub faucet. I told him to wait until he felt better but he did it anyway. He is off to work today so maybe he feels a little better with a good night rest.
When he gets sick it makes me nervous because he usually is only sick for a day and this is lasting a long time! It has been about a week or so now.....

Yup today is a new day to get back on track! :) Me too! LOL! Had wine last night and that threw me over my goals for the day. Shame on me! LOL!

Hi girls,

LIS Trisets upper body splits and 45 min walk w/ the dogs done.

Heidi - you and I are alike;) that's right, once I start something, I don't stop:D Oh, the 4DS HIS is so much fun! It will take some time learing the 3rd combo, my tip;) learn the last combo first, that one is tricky Good job, on your workouts. I have that one on tap tomorrow.

Sherry - what are you doing today?

YEAH! I am almost done with the Jan STS/LIS rotation!!!! 3 more weeks to go! LOL! If I stick with it I would have finished a rotation finally!!!
I haven't actually finished one in quite some time!!!

Sherry: What's your STS plan for the evening? :) What week are you on? Are you just starting over to make the 61/2 month goal?

The rotation calls for TriSets LB. Tomorrow is S&G plus LIC on the rotation, maybe I will do S&G today instead of tomorrow? We shall see;) need to clean the house too:confused:
 
Heidi - congrats on finishing LIS/STS rotation! How did you like it? What are you going to do next? I think most of Cathe's step workouts, the last combo is the hardest to learn;) the first time I did LIS Challenge I did it without the risers;) I still have to learn Step Moves and AS;)

Sherry - what are your plans today?

I haven't quite finished STS/LIS Jan rotation LOL! I still have until the 2nd week of May . ;) I did like this mix and may do it again soon.

Laundry and house stuff as usual. Work is slow so I am not going in much this week.

Ok yesterday I did STS 19 and then rushed out to do errands. I am feeling my chest and tri's today for sure! I also have leg DOMS (not major) from LIS tri lower on thurs. ;)

Today I was planning on CSS but might do a run instead. Not sure just yet...need to wake up first. :)

Belinda: How was your workout yesterday? Did you do S&G? :)

Hey Sherry: Busy Mom... ;) how are you doing? I hope all is well.
