Getting back in shape after baby

Hi,
Which of the dvd's would be best to work my way back after having a baby this past January? I'm looking for maximum benefits in the least amount of time (something I can do during baby's naptime) and something geared more towards lower body (which is where I seemed to have gained most of the baby weight).

Hi Mary, I think the CTX serie would be great:) It is a 6 day rotation doing cardio for 5 days follow by doing 1 body part and on the 6th day you do leaner legs. I don't know if this would be too advance for you as the cardio is really high intesity maybe you can modify in certain area. Why don't you go and take a peak at the preview. HTH
 
Another option which would be good, but a little less intense cardio wise is the Timesaver dvd. It is a 5 day rotation.

Hi Mary. Congrats on your baby. I just wanted to pipe in and tell you that I used the CTX series to get back in shape after both of my babies. It works PERFECTLY because you can slice and dice the workouts any which way that works into your schedule...(even if you don't really HAVE a schedule, which is often the case with babies.)

I would do a cardio during naptime and if the kids were still sleeping, I'd finish with a body part OR do the body part later after they went to bed. You can also double up on either the cardio or weights to keep it interesting. CTX has some great ab sections and as far as lower body goes, CTX has the grand daddy lower body workout of all...Leaner Legs. As I often say, when I die, I want to be buried with that workout.

The overall effect of this crosstraining bonanza is stellar. Good luck and keep us posted.
