Get This! (kinda long and so great!)

That is so great! How I love to do the same thing...rub in it..rub it in!!!! You work soooo hard and now others know just how!!!
My DH did a ab premix with me from Cardio & Weights and just really thinks Cathe is such a beast. He always remarks about her abs anyways. He also did the Legs and Glute workout with me and could hardly walk the next day, but his legs are much bigger than mine so I am sure the workout was harder for him anyways and on top of that it was his first time too.
Also, had my neighbor come over to do PLB and she doesn't exercise much at all, but she made it thru just with lower weights. Needless to say, she hasn't asked to do them again with me. LOL

Cool Jes! That makes me feel really good about my decision to not bother with a gym membership. Actually, I had one years ago and never got the results I get with Cathe.

I'm also glad you wrote all that about ME, because I have it, but haven't ever used it yet. I was planning on doing an "off" week this week, where I do lower intensity work and I thought I'd do ME tonight. Perhaps that won't be the right choice. Or maybe I'll just do it with light weights.

This weekend, I gave my father (64 years old) the stability ball that I bought my husband for Christmas (never used). I also lent him Supersets and Core Max so he could get an idea of how to use the ball. I can't WAIT to see what his reaction is to these workouts! When he realizes how fit I am, perhaps he will bow down to me and say, "I'm not worthy! I'm not worthy!" Yeah...right.
