"Ripped" is a very good workout. It's a Body Pump style workout (lighter weights and higher reps, which is what Cathe's PH is modeled after as well. PH is the most intense, then BP, then R).
The instructor is wonderful, and I get which a good burn in my triceps (from seemingly endless pullovers, followed by tricep extensions---I often put a glute exercise in between because my triceps are too spent after the pullovers to go right to the tricep work) and shoulcers (light weights, but lots of reps...and Jari gives just the right push at the right time to keep you going through the burn. She's a great instructor: very personable, like a sweet drill instrutor!).
I also really like the music: a driving, techno beat with no vocals and no recognizable tunes (my preferance, as this then becomes my "workout music").
Jari is coming out with some more workouts, which are going to be more advanced. You can also find "Ripped" (not "Get Ripped" which Collage mistakenly lists it as) retail at some online retailers for less than $10 now.
