Get Ripped by Jari Love

I have been reading reviews on this workout. I would like others opinion on this workout. Is it much like Body Pump? or Cathe's PH? Do you feel it is a good addition to your current full body rotation? Feedback would be greatly appreciated before I think about purchase.

I really like "Ripped." It's similar to both Body Pump and PH in that each body part is worked to one song, usually one or two exercises, with lower body getting a few more exercises. I really get a tricep and delt burn from it. I do, however, think it is the least intense of the three BP-type workouts (PH, BP, R). I personally can't do the tricep work right after the many, many, many reps of pullovers (my triceps are burning by that time!) so I add in some glute work between (repeating the back song twice and doing "donkey lifts" for each leg to the song).

Jari Love is a very charismatic instructor: charming, encouraging, kind of a like a dainty drill sargeant!
 
It's been awhile since I've done this workout but I remember it's one of the better strength workouts offered in the market (besides Cathe's). It works the entire body and Jari is a very professional, mature instructor. She's personable and nice but she's also ready to get down to business. This workout will soon be available at various online retailers in January for around $11. This is a steal.
