I stumbled across the Cathe forum a month or so ago and they have been nothing short of edifying.
The stuff I've learned here has been great and a definate boost to my fitness and nutrition knowledge.
I've tried recipes that have been posted (Donna's 100% whole wheat bread, Carole's cheesy chile pototoe casserole. Both are delicious and enjoyed by my family)
I've asked for and received excellent advice on Cathe's workouts and others.
I've been congratulated and encouraged as well.
I've learned about stevia and now use it frequently.
I've experimented with the different uses of ground flaxseed that were posted here.
Last but not least I have been greatly entertained by the different personalities of you regulars. Each one of you has distinct and truly likeable qualities.
I'm thankful I stumbled across this site and check in at least once daily!
