Good Morning Girls
Today was KB from the 4 day split~ well you know that.;-) I did it with cardio first and then legs. A good workout, the low plane lunges were HARD! I used all the same weights as Cathe. Fun! Ab work was REALLY good! both in the kickbox and at the end. I will be feeling this later~ or tomorrow for sure
Gin~ Are you sore today? I'm not sure if I will be or not. Maybe from the plie squat work.? How was Bryan this morning
Marcy/Tracee~ I hope you had a good workout today. How did you use the dvd? as is or weights first?
