Good Morning Chickas :*

Today was BC premix without abs and ME abs. I was going to do the bonus combo but I thought it was to heavy on legs and didn't feel like doing all the legs. I think ME abs are one of the hardest she has.

My DH is off today and we are having a date day:)

I hope you all have a great workout today and I'm glad we are all doing the Oct. rotation together. Cathe is going to have a blog update today, I can't wait!!!:)

Good Morning GDT!

This morning I did Tilak Pyle's Altar of the Heart. If any of you can get your hands on this one, it is well worth it. The scenery and music are beautiful, Tilak's voice is so soothing and it is a great vinyasa practice. There are five other people in the workout and they keep flipping to different people and different locations. I managed to get up into headstand for a couple of seconds. He instructs you to to do it just like David Swenson where your head is cupped in your hands. Not too many warrior poses and chaturangas. It's a good intermediate practice. This is one workout I just didn't want to end whereas with Mark Blanchard last week, I was begging for mercy until the standing sequence was over. I felt really stretched out and oh, so relaxed.

Deanie - Enjoy your date:)! I can't wait for the blog update either! I agree ME abs is one of her toughest ab workouts but I still have to say PUB is the toughest for me (that's why I had to include them in Oct's rotation.)

Well I didn't get up this morning to workout so this week is quickly becoming an unscheduled rest week. :) It looks like I'm going to have to squeeze in a workout this weekend if I want to even get 4 workouts in this week.

Marcy - you should be in sales because you are wonderful at describing things and making me feel like I have to have it. I did like the part where you said there weren't a lot of chaturangas because I get tired of those.

Deanie - have fun on your date day. I must admit that my dh and I don't have those often.

Gin - Hope you are feeling good and were able to get a workout in. At least you have a good excuse if you didn't.

Is everyone doing the happy dance yet?:) In case you didn't see it, we should be expecting the new DVDs October 15-19th, tentatively. So are we still doing October's rotation?

We just got back, and whats the first thing I do??? Check the blog!!:) Whoo hoo!!!! I am so excited!!

So now, what to do, what to do???
Should we do BFL for 2 weeks, or S&H for 2 weeks?? Or something else?? I am done with circuits though. Maybe MM and PH for 2 weeks?? Darn!! I was mentally set for the other, now, not!

Marcy~ I agree with Tracee~ you are a good saleswoman, you explain things well and are so enthusiastic about it!:)

Deanie - Thanks.:). Hope you had a fun date! I kind of like the first two weeks I dreamed up for October so I think I'll at least stick with that until the DVDs come. I wanted to do heavy anyway. How are you planning to use the DVDs or are we going to wait until Cathe comes out with a November rotation which I'm sure will be with the new DVDs? I was just going to use them in order and then do yoga on Fridays.

Let me know what you decide.

Hi Girlies!!

I hope you did see that I posted this morning so I do get credit for my workout!!;-) I did BC/ME Bonus Combo Premix and it was a good one. I was thinking, "Well, it's just 4 minutes BC cardio. I can do that!" But my HR was up for a while with all of the leg work. I am so excited about the new dvds being sent in 2 weeks?? How about 1 week S&H and 1 week PS until the new ones arrive.

Deanie--Enjoy your date day. Fun!

Marcy--I agree, you would be a great sales person. Glad you enjoyed the yoga. My back seems to hurt lately when I do yoga!x( My headaches are better, thank you. The new daily meds make me tired, but not able to sleep and then I wake up exhausted and dizzy. I really had to force myself to get up and workout this morning!

Tracee--Sorry about the unscheduled rest week. Just join in next week.

Gin~ I saw you posted this morning, did you see I answered you:)! How are the new meds? It seems your not so thrilled with them.

Tracee~ May as well enjoy your rest week! :)

Marcy~ Still not sure what I will do for the next 2 weeks.(Probably end up doing S&H for 2 weeks) I am hoping cathe will post a rotation for the new dvds before Nov. I am thinking of adding a cardio day, either kickbox or treadmill HIIT, and a yoga day, for a 6 day workout week. I would like to start with the new dvds when we all have them in our hot little hands}( I do want to follow what Cathe puts out for a rotation though. Maybe tomorrow on ask Cathe I will ask for an early rotation for the new dvds. I don't think I could get them, and then let them sit on the shelf for 2 weeks, I'd be too excited!

Hi Girls!

Gin - Sorry I missed your post this morning but you do get credit for the workout. It sounds good and I'm glad because I'm doing it tomorrow. Sorry the meds are giving you such a tough time. There was a thread over at VF that forward bends are good for insomnia. Baron's Ultimate Challenge also has a lot of forward bends. I'll see how I feel after a week of S&H whether I want to do PS for one more week. Hope you have a better night's sleep tonight.
