Good Morning GMT 
Today was S&H Chest and Back. Hooray!!! It felt so good to lift again and not do cardio
I had a great workout, but was NOT able to do the pushups! My chest was pumped!!
Stats:
Chest:
bench press: 2 sets 30#, 1 set 25#
incline fly: 3 sets 20#
incline bench: 2 sets 25#, 1 set 20#
incine flies: 2 sets 20#, 1 set 15#
Back:
DB row: 3 sets 15# (will do 17# next week)
DB pullover: 3 sets 20# (I know I've gone higher before with the BB, but with the DB at 20# I really felt it
)
Deadlifts: 3 sets 25# (really felt it with the DB, I like this excerse better with a DB)
I thought the planks were really hard. She has us holding the straight arm plank for over a minute!!

Tracee~ Hope you made it to workout today. I hope you had a fun weekend of sports! My younger DS hit a homerun on Sat!! It was wonderful just watching his face lite up!!
