Good Morning Girls!

Todays title was courtousey (I know, I can't spell!!:) ) of my older DS. :+

Today was PS Chest, shoulders and Triceps. I know I've already said it, but I like this series. I think its under rated. With heavy weights, this is a good workout! And again, I like the shorter times. I also liked less fly work, for the chest. OH!~ and I still have DOMs in my biceps!!
Also, apparently I can't add in the morning, I thought I was doing the BB bench press with 55#, turns out it was 60#!!! No wonder it was so hard to get to the starting position.:p }(

I am REALLY looking forward to the 4DSBC/KB cardio only tomorrow.

Stats:
Chest:

Bbl Bench Press (light) - 26#
Bbl Bench Press (heavy) - 60# (sets of 8)
Bbl Incline bench press - 60# (sets of 8)
Dbl Incline bench press - 20# (did all 10 reps)
Dbl Incline fly - 20# - all reps
Supersets (press and fly) - 20# - only 6 reps

Shoulders:

Arnold Press - 15# 3sets of 8 reps
Seated Clean & Press - Both sets 8# (I like this exercise too)
Standing Side Lat Raise - 10# both sets
Reverse Flys - 1 set at 7#, one at 8#
Seated Lat Raises - 8#

Tris:

Close Grip Press (pyramid down 12-10-8 reps) -15# first set, 17# next 2 sets
Db French Press - 1st set 8#, next at 10#
Cross Body Kickbacks - 2 sets at 8#
Db French Press - 1 set of 10 reps at 10#
Dips with 35# barbell - 2 sets

Hi guys, great title again Deanie!!

I managed to get up and do most of KM. I decided to pick one of the premixes so I tried the bootcamp one. It kicked my butt. It starts out with the blasts and I was exhausted by the second or third one. Ha! It didn't have the drills so I shouldn't be too sore tomorrow.

Deanie - good job on CST today. I don't know how you are able to get a 60lb bbl into position for bench press. I used 40# this time and that was the hardest part for me. I was worried that I was going to injure myself.

Marcy/Gin - hope you had a great workout today!!

Good Morning "Gorillas"!

Today was S&H Back Chest and Abs. Most of it I stayed with what Cathe used, but on some I had to go down in weights. Also looking forward to KB/BC tomorrow and being able to sleep later!!:)
I have a full day and may not be able to get on again.

Deanie--Great workout!! I am still sore...glutes from KM on Wed.

Marcy--Did they tell you what your body fat was? I'll bet it was low!

Hi Girls!

This morning I did reach. I left out the pushups so as not to aggravate my shoulders anymore. This workout is perfect for a light day but is still challenging in some spots. I was a little wobbly this morning on the back leg lifts but other than that I had a good workout. I've decided I will do PS Chest, Shoulders & Tris next week but will be substituting a Back & Bis workout. I might even do the one from P90X since I miss my pullups/chinups. Or I might do S&H Back and S&H Bis.

My Cathe collection is now almost entirely complete. I just won IMAX 3 on ebay so the only one left for me to get is CTX. Since it's so expensive, I'm really waiting for a good deal on ebay which might take some time but maybe Santa might be extra nice and I'll be able to get it although I have PLENTY to keep me busy till then. I'm really excited about Amy Bento's Slo Mo Challenge and Tracey's Glute Camp and Strictly Upper Body workouts. Their clips looked really good - Amy has some unique moves. Both Amy and Tracey will be using the BOSU but it's not necessary. Just wondering if any of you have the BOSU and if you do, how you like it. I'd really like to get one but it's another one of those expensive items and I really don't have any extra room for it at the moment.

Deanie - Great workout today!:) You really went heavy. I'm impressed. 60#!!!

Tracee - Glad KM kicked your butt. I know it kicked mine.

Gin - Hope you enjoy KB/BC tomorrow. Make sure you give us a review. Enjoy your much needed sleep. My bodyfat was 27.9% but this was after eating. I usually like to go by the number at night. Early evening is when it's at its lowest. My lowest was 20.1%. Last night it was somewhere between 22-23%. I don't remember at the moment. My BF is lower when I'm doing heavy strength training and more moderate intensity cardio. Too much intensity = loss of muscle mass. I also think it goes higher 3 weeks into my cycle. Hope PT confs go well. I can't believe I don't have to go to them anymore.
