I win the prize for the most food today, na na na na na!!!!!
I had Chevy's for lunch and ice cream for a snack and then chinese food for dinner and then birthday cake for my friend AND chocolate chip cookies. I probably ate over 5000 calories today. So there!!!
I am planning on burning it all off over the weekend. Is that possible? Probably not! I did have a diet coke with it all though.
How about this for nutritional:
After eating a lot of fries with supper (they are a vegetable), I had a nice big cup of Cold Stone peanut butter ice cream (peanut butter is healthy, and ice cream has calcium) with loads of peanut m&m's (lots of protein);-) .

Hey! HEY! I missed the party, apparently. I did have two glasses of sauvigion blanc last night w/ DH. Oh yeah & brownie w/ light ice cream ontop. Light just makes it all clean. Yum.
I just kept on eating long after I started this thread! I tried to make my choices a bit smarter after the pringles and beer but I continued to eat way more than I should have nonetheless....
Hope y'all had a wonderful Friday!! Think about me while you are drinkin a beer and snacking! Prefer Bud Light though , but today is Saturday---college game day for me. Starting off by watching Clemson then USC game!!! So I'll have my beer today!!! Have a great weekend! Annette
Ok, tammy, that was a mixture that did make me sit up and take notice!! And Susan, you do realize that the diet coke makes up for everything, right? My understanding is that anything eaten over the kitchen sink lacks calories;-) . I finished off one of those frozen cheesecakes on a stick that I bought at the local fair:9
Wendy-
I had a day like that too, yesterday. Must have been something in the moon cycles .
Okay, don't make fun of me or anything, but I actually LOVE Guiltless Gourmet Tortilla Chips more than the greasy kind. Just give it a try next time you feel like a salty snack. It's not exactly clean eating, but it's not that bad either. Have them with salsa (and try to forget that salsa really IS clean ). I also happen to love the taste of Miller Lite better than regular beer. So I can TOTALLY feel like I'm pigging out, but in the end, the damage is controlled.
When we finally get around to having our GTG one of these fine days, I'm going to bring lots of bags of Guiltless Gourmet!! :9 :9 :9

ETA: If I worked out as much as you do, I wouldn't even worry about damage control!
I baked chocolat chip cookies (w/real butter). And I make a mean cookie! Love the dough, love the warm cookies. Not even going to take a guess on how many I consumed.
