Hi all,
Cathe's workouts seem to get increasingly more intense and the names of the series seem to coorelate with the intensity. Intensity series, Body Blast and now Hardcore.
What name can she possibly come up with that can beat Hardcore?
I haven't had my first cup of coffee yet and so I'm not feeling particulary creative now but I was thinking of something like "Deathcamp" . LOL. What are your ideas?

How about some new ultra hardcore gym style ala Arnold type workouts. She can call it Fried Upper and lower body! LOL ! The description will read:

Fried Upper Body: Warmup: You will hang from the new Step Fit Elite Gravity Boots while utilizing a thousand pound barbell.

The workout itself will comprise of lifting a Toyota over your head. Beginners may substitute a Harley.

Cooldown: 500 jumping jacks on a treadmill. Remember to do this slooowwllyy as we don't want to have any injury!

Ofcoarse, in reality her next workouts will be much tougher.;-)

The Deathcamp Series...has a nice ring to it, lol. Good one!

Or maybe an Intensity Series part 2 named "Intensive Care Unit Series"???

;)

Would that count as "functional fitness equipment"?? Maybe we can get insurance to pay for our next Cathe series!

I'd give that one a HUGE no!

Ouch, folks! I understand the general idea behind it and that certainly no offense was intended, but... I think "Deathcamp" has a pretty horrific sound to it and, not to get political on you, but personally I believe it would call to mind some horrible WW II history and be upsetting to many of Cathe's fans. :-( I vote to take that one off the table, pronto!

I saw this over at VF so can't claim credit, but how about "Maxed Out"?

I think the next series should contain at least some recovery workouts, and functional fitness workouts instead of trying to be more intense, to challenge the body in a different way. How about "Softcore." ;-)

I'll take credit for that one!;-)

I like the "Deathcamp". Since each series tends to get tougher and tougher- I think this is the only appropriate name left.:)

ROFL Swissmom!!

What about the "Killer Series" containing

Killer Kickbox
Core Killer
IMAX - The Killer Version
Muscle Killer

just to name a few.

Or, maybe even better:

Killer Abs
Killer Legs
Killer Upper Body

?????

I've only had one cup of coffee, which is nothing for me....

"Floor Max?" Since that's where you'll be about half way through each workout? But "Killer" probably works the best, although Cathe's lawyer might advise against it}(

RE: I'd give that one a HUGE no!

I'm with you, Kathy S. "Deathcamp" does have an eerie, horrific undertone. Although I totally understand how one can feel like being in one when bombarded by so much intensity.

I was previewing KickMax and Gym Style Legs and all I could think about was "Butt Whooper". By the time they stretched, I was breathless. Then, all I could think about was "Dead".:)

Good one, Nancy. Now this one I like: The Killer Series. You just know what you're in for. No surprises.:)

After that can come the Power Killer. Or Killer Max. Or K-Xtreme.

LOL!! Love it--especially the Toyota over the head workout! :) I just finished the High Step Challenge, and what I want most right now is Massage Max or maybe Hot Tub Max.
