I own every Cathe video and I find the High Step Training and High Step Circut videos extrememtly efficient workouts. I use them both every week along with a leg day and a cardio day and stay in great shape. I would love new workouts of the same intensity and format just to change it up a bit. I struggle with making my own mixes, so even if you compiled some mixes of other videos that would match the High Step formats (cardio,legs,upper body with 5 cycles hitting every upper body part) I would buy them like crazy!
