I would like to suggest an entire resistance band workout routine for the entire body. I found the bands to be a wonderful addition to any routine. Using your DVDs in the "am" is great, however, in the evening after work I'd like to get an additional workout in that will compliment the weights and cardio without doing anything too intense.
