Hello everyone,
I am a teacher and I am now out for the summer. I have really been experimenting with my workouts since I do not have to be at work now at 7:15 every morning. I did a great leg workout this morning. I did the WU, Step, and leg portion of Body Max and then I did three sets of Deadlifts, calves, and the stability ball work from PLB. That was a great leg and cardio workout. Now here is the funny part. I actually thought I was going to do CTX Power Circuit after Body Max before moving on to the PLB work mentioned above...HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!What was I thinking?!
