Funny thought that I had this morning...

I was getting my weights and gear ready this morning for my workout and I was thinking..."how is it that lately I can have the tolerance to not eat meat on Friday (during lent), not have a temper when people are driving me crazy and making changes in my life where needed, but I CAN'T STOP EATING CHOCOLATE!!!!!?!?@!?!?!?!?!?!?!????? :p

I definitely go through phases and I know this too, will pass, but my gosh, I just am CRAVING it lately. In a week, the thought of it will make me want to hurl. :)

I know what you mean! I am the same way with chocolate! For weeks I'll be insane for it and then one day all of the sudden I just can't be bothered and won't crave it for months....wierd! :)

My chocolate cravings are much more frequent then they have ever been right now tho...for obvious reasons!:p lol

Have a great work out!

Because chocolate releases some sort of feel-good hormone in your body. Meat doesn't do that for most people. I, on the other hand, am just walking on sunshine after I eat a good cheeseburger.

It releases some kind of "get fat" hormone too

There was an article in the NY Times science section a while ago linking chocolate cravings to a woman's cycle. The article went on to say it could be controlled by an increase in the daily intake of calcium.

Sounds like the research was sponsored by the chocolate milk industry!

Now about those marshmallow peeps!
Happy Easter
