Hi, Cathe:

I've been fantasizing about a functional fitness video with cycles of agility-based cardio (mixed impact), followed by compound weight work (squatting while doing biceps curl type of thing), followed by heavier push-pull work, followed by balance work for the core on the stability ball, ending with a yoga stretch emphasizing breathing. The cycles could be like CM with varying times spent on each piece, or like BC, evenly spaced.
