Functional Barre Fusion with Upper Body foam rolling bonus

I appreciate the workout intro on each disk - just like STS 2. Helps me know what to expect.

I did this workout this morning and loved it!!! The lower body part was perfect for me. I also did the the upper body foam rolling bonus. That was also a great workout - but a little hard on my wrists. I am happy to report I was able to do the jack knife exchange with the foam roller with no issues.

4 down and 4 more to go

I added the UB Foam Rolling to my workout & loved it. I actually felt stable doing the foam roller, so no safety issues or modifications there. I did feel my wrists working too, which was a good feeling. I was able to do the jack knife move at the end too! It feels a bit different from using the stability ball, doesn't it? I am loving the LM&R series! But then I love all of Cathe's workouts.

These type of workouts are my nemesis, especially the lower body portion. I definitely felt challenged even with the lower reps due to the use of the resistance band and balancing disc. I also enjoyed the bonus moves. I wasn’t sure if I would feel stable on the foam roller doing push-ups and planks, but no issues. And definitely a different feel when passing the foam roller versus the stability ball for the core work.
