FUN Bosu mish mosh

i just did a fun bosu mish mosh.

here's what i did:
high step circuit-cardio portions only
high step training-advanced cardio only
high step challenge-cardio only
barry's boot camp-non-treadmill cardio
jari love ripped 1000-cardio portions only

i didn't time it but i think it was about an hour or a tad more. not sure.


it was SO MUCH FUN!!!

Which BBC non-treadmill cardio did you do? And don't tell me you did all of them...... ;) (Although I wouldn't be suprised, knowing you!!!!) :)
 
i did the chest and back one. i just picked the first one i saw. there wasn't much to do on the bosu for that, but the others had enough to do on it.

Thanks for posting that. I have yet to even attempt using my BOSU for cardio, so here's my REALLY dumb question:

You're using the BOSU as a sub for the step, right? Do you find that you need to make any modifications using it that way?
 
yes, as a sub for the step. i think it is easier with her high step w/o's because there isn't a lot of moving from one side to another. i have only used my bosu for cardio and abs, no weight work on it. i'm not sure i could balance so well! i really, really love my bosu!
