Fun Adult Games?

Every year a group of couples goes away for a weekend and it is my job to bring a game for one of the nights. We are headed away soon and I have no ideas for this year!!

In the past we have played a homemade version of the Newlywed Game, Taboo and a few other board games.

The most fun was the NewlyWed Game. We are a group of mature adults who can handle a level of raunchiness}( }( }(

Do you have any ideas for us?

Our favorite, favorite games to play w/ friends is Cranium, but we also love to play Apples to Apples, Taboo and Catchphrase... probably not the "fun" you were thinking, though. ;) I have heard of a game, Boxers or Briefs, and it sounds right up your ally. :)

I totally agree with the ones Missy listed. Catchphrase is always a huge hit. Any word game can be as clean or mature as you want it to be, maybe Scattergories or your own version of Balderdash.
Directions: bring note cards and a dictionary, everyone takes turn being "it" by picking an obscure word from the dictionary and writing down the true definition, everyone else is told the word and makes up a fake definition. The all definitions are mixed up and read aloud by "it". Then everyone must guess which they think is the true definition. You get 1 point for each person who picks your false definition, 1 point for picking the true defintion, 2 points for being it if no one guesses the true definition.
 
We always have fun playing Apples to Apples. It's kinda hard to explain, but I'll try!

The "judge" pulls out a card that has some sort of adjective on it, like "silly". Everyone else has 7 cards that have various nouns on it, from people to places to events and some off the wall stuff. You have to put a card down from your hand that matches the adjective on it, that you think the judge will pick as the best match.

It's a lot of fun, because you have to take into consideration the judge and if they'll pick the closest match, or the funniest match or whatever. Have fun!!
 
Beavs, does Tosca Reno make an HFCS-free edible panty? Knowing what a fan you are, I'm sure you have a catalog...May I borrow it???}(
 
I totally agree with the suggestion to take Apples to Apples.

Also ImaginIf is very fun. Really fun if you somewhat know the people. There are cards that say, "If ________ were a shoe, he/she would be...." Then there are choices like "flip flops, tennis shoes, hiking boots, heels...."

I used to play Pit when I was a kid and really loved that game. We played it a huge party on New Year's Eve, and I looked forward to that night for months in advance.
 
Yehhhzz, I believe Tosca does and I will send you the very glossy catalog that also includes organic thongs and agave sweetened edible undies worn and autographed by Tosca (she ripped off that idea from Dita von Teese) All are vegan....:eek:
