Hi, I signed up for OnDemand recently and I am just loving it! However, I found a small error today. I did Basic Premix #1 from Fit Tower Advanced Legs, Glutes, and Core, "Legs and Glutes with Bonus Abs: Replaces All Core Exercises with Bonus Abs." Chapter 6 of the Bonus Abs (Elbow to Knew Oblique Crunches) was actually Chapter 5 from the Legs section (Legs and Glutes - High Glutes). Obviously, I just went to the work out and did the correct chapter, but in case you want to fix it, I thought I would let you know. Thank you for providing such a wonderful service. I can't tell you how happy the Workout Blender makes me. It's reinvigorated my attitude toward fitness and made a big difference for me lately! I'm having a great time creating (and doing!) my own Cathe work outs. It is pure genius. Whoever thought of it should get a big bonus! Thanks again.
