I'm getting really tired of the struggle to lose more weight but don't think I'll feel satisfied until I do.  I gained close to 8 lbs since I quit smoking 9 months ago...around the same time I added more weight training too.  I haven't changed in the size of my clothes...gained weight but basically stayed the same size.  I am trying a new rotion with more circuit training but summer is about here and I still don't feel comfortable in my bikini.  It's to the point where I wonder if I've hit my "set point".
