Hey ladies,

I have been trying to add more fruit in to my diet-I have been eating about 3 pieces per day. I really don't know much about the nutritional break down of the fruits I have been consuming though so I did a google search and found a site that breaks this down for every fruit imaginable I think! I am going to look at what I am eating and see if there are better choices out there for me.

Anyway, I figured I'd post a link to the site here just incase anyone else was interested. Truth be told though, there are so many of you that seem to have such a vast knowledge when it comes to nutrition that I don't know how many will find it useful but I'll post it anyway. :) ;-) :)

Thanks, Wendy. I am always curious about fruits, so many people say to avoid them because of the carbs, but I absolutely love fruit and eat probably 5-6 servings a day. Now if only I could become as excited about my veggies!:)
