I am working my way up on my benching. Currently doing 12 reps with 25# DBs and 7-8 reps with 70# BB. Need to see if I can do 30# DBs. Ladies benching heavier has so many benefits. It works not only the chest, but the shoulders and the triceps too. I can tell a big difference in upper body definition since I starting going heavier.
