Can't believe I am first?!? Where is everybody?

I did the Warm Up, Punches and Kicks off of Powerstrike-Kickboxing then did a Taebo Express Combo workout for some more added cardio.:)

I have lots of running around to do today and tomorrow is my husband's family reunion, pray it goes well, this is being done not even a year since his mother passed and honestly I think it is too soon but I am not in charge. It will be a challenge to get through.


Oh and tomorrow my oldest son turns 21, :eek: hard to believe how time has passed.:)

Hi ladies,

Thanks Annette for the start up here. DH was supposed to go to the Clinic this morning, ended up not felling up to taking the trip, so we cancelled and I came to work.

This morning was Butts and Guts, probably my least favorite leg workout ever! It just goes on and on....and on..and on...

Hello ladies - today I did two segments of Zcut Power Yoga, the cresent series segement and the balance and plyo segment. For a short intense workout I got pretty good sweat going on that workout.

Off to deliver my first jewelry order!

Hi everyone,

I did a short workout today - 10 minutes of kick punch crunch and 32 minutes of Burn Sets Chest/back. I am away this long weekend so plan on doing yoga.

Conni - in an attempt to balance my hormones I've changed my diet up. This week I eliminated all sugar (i like chocolate and the odd candy ummmm every day!), white rice products (I don't eat wheat other than sprouted) and any carb that has more than about 20 g of carbohydrates per serving. I've upped my protein and took the caffeine out of my coffee almost entirely. Instant skinny! no joke. It must have something to do with wheat belly concept. Who knows.... I just wanted to share 'cos I know you are trying to change things up a bit too.
