Good morning you beautiful ladies!
I don't feel 1/2 bad this AM, which is good b/c I was dragging my feet yesterday & really feeling bummed that I had to work again. I"m still banging my head for agreeing to work these extra hours in town. But my upcoming schedule will help. 1-more day on, 2 days off, 1-day on, 2 days off,...then a little burst again.
I'm waking up a bit before I conquer my exercise. Probably a cardio coach. 40 minutes---3 miles or so.
